Dr. Pavan Kumar Gudi has a special interest in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at Smile and Move Polyclinic. He has over 18 years of clinical experience. He holds BDS and MDS degrees from India, a BDS from the UK (UCLAN), and advanced credentials in Implantology and laser dentistry, including Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI, USA) and a Masters in Laser Dentistry from the University of Vienna, Austria.
Dr. Pavan’s expertise spans surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy, regenerative periodontics, implant dentistry, guided biofilm therapy, and the use of soft tissue diode lasers. He has over 10 publications in indexed journals and serves as a peer reviewer for leading dental research publications. He has also taught and mentored dental students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
After practicing in India for over 15 years, Dr. Pavan moved to the UK in 2023, further advancing his implantology skills through UK-based certificate courses.
Outside dentistry, he enjoys traveling, sports, cooking, and managing a successful dental equipment business.
