Insoles / Orthotics
What are Insoles?
Insoles are additional pads which are placed inside your shoes or boots for extra comfort and a better fit. Basically they fill out the empty spaces between your feet and the inside of the shoe. They shouldn’t make your shoe feel smaller.
What are Orthotics?
Orthotics are custom-made insoles. Essentially, like insoles, they too provide cushion against shock and protect your feet. They generally last longer than insoles and also help in managing specific foot disorders better than insoles.
