Silver Well Person Package

In addition to Bronze well person package we will be screening for Thyroid, Vit D, HBA1C.
Packages include :
- Discussion about any other health concerns.
- Review of any current medical condition(s) eg high BP, diabetes
- Review of family history (as this is relevant to the individual)
- Review of social habits (some of which may have changed over lockdown!)
- Medication(s) review, which may be long overdue.
- Physical assessment depending on requirement will including BP, weight, BMI, urinalysis, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive systems. In women, this may include breast & pelvic examination, if requested. In men this may include prostate examination, if indicated.
- Providing a referral to a consultant.
- Writing a private prescription.
- Recommending and referring for scan or x-ray and highlighting what other tests are required.
